Entry-Level Low Voltage Technician

Elite Tech Solutions is a subsidiary of Summit Contracting Group, Inc specializing in AV home automation, voice controls, wall controls, access controls and telecommunications and looking to have a AV Install Tech join our growing team!

About the Job:

Successful candidates will have some knowledge of low voltage, A/V cabling and/or mechanical skills.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

- At least 6 months of low voltage, mechanical experience or HVAC knowledge

- Self motivation and the ability to see a job through from beginning to end

- Ability to communicate with manager

- Knowledge and experience construction

- Excellent troubleshooting skills

- Professional demeanor and clean work appearance

- Excellent client interaction/relationship skills

- Ability to work well individually as well as with a team is a MUST

- Have your own transportation.

- Be able to pass a background check and drug test.

- Must demonstrate a skillful art of eloquent integration, client communications and client expectations, team building skills.

- Preferred knowledge of URC, Savant and Lutron lighting.

-This work may involve some heavy lifting and carrying of A/V equipment.

-You must understand the installation process, safety elements, read layout drawings.

-Individual must be able to lift 70+ pounds.

Preferred experience for atleast 6 months working with high-end integrated systems that include whole-house and business music systems, media rooms, lighting control, home and business automation, and I.P surveillance systems.
