Early Childhood Support Teacher
Wander In Wonder is hiring full-time Support Teachers to join our team of early childhood professionals.

Our location has five classrooms, and we serve children ages 6 weeks old - 6 years old and their families. We are located in SE Portland, Oregon on the Reed College campus. We have full access to the campus including the beautiful nature canyon.

We are guided by a combination of philosophies and practices, including RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers), Reggio Emilia, PBIS, and Social-Constructivism. We are passionate about connecting children with natural environments, social justice, and anti-bias education.

Teacher Requirements:

• Registered with the Oregon Criminal Background Registry
• First Aid/CPR, Food Handler's Card, and take a Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse & Neglect class within 90 days of employment
• Teacher Qualified (Licensing Requirement: 1500 hours of early childhood experience gained with a group of the same children in at least 3 hour blocks within a 36-month period)
