Alpine Radiant specializes in residential radiant floor heating and driveway snowmelt systems. We offer an opportunity to learn valuable skills in a growing sector of the construction industry.

Details:

Starting pay is $18-20/hr. Applicants with no experience in construction start at $18/hr. Applicants who have a good amount of construction experience may start at a higher wage. Applicants who demonstrate developed skills in plumbing/HVAC may start higher then $20/hr. We are a growing company with opportunity for advancement and pay increases as you learn and demonstrate reliability.

The position is full time (40 hours per week) with some opportunity for overtime work. The typical work week is 8am-4/5pm Monday-Friday. Daily hours may vary depending on the job needs for the day.

Our business office is located in Kaysville, UT. The majority of our job sites are high end residential homes located in Park City and the surrounding area. We do some work in Salt Lake, Davis, and Wasatch Counties. Benefits are provided to help with commuting costs. Carpooling in company vehicles may also be available.

Position Duties:

The basic duty of this job is to assist in all aspects of radiant heating system installations. This includes (but is not limited to): laying wire panels/insulation, installing pex floor tubing, assembling copper piping, installing boilers and water heaters, setting up system control boards, managing supplies/equipment, wiring thermostats, testing various components of the system, installing flue, and more.

Requirements:

Candidates are required to have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a reliable vehicle. A background check and drug test must be passed before employment. The ability to effectively communicate in English is required.
