Responsibilities:

• Learn the basics of insurance
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Service existing client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Desired Attributes and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (recommended but not

required)

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Competitive spirit
• Willingness to learn
• Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with

people is a must

• Strong computer skills
• Punctual and dependable

Licensing Requirements:

• A property and casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one. However, an insurance license

is not required to apply or interview. (We’ll train the right person!)
