ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
The Enterprise Applications Team, comprised of platform technologists, will focus on delivering prompt and dependable services to internal and external customers. The Enterprise Applications Manager will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced application services and development environment. They will have the ability to manage a team of high-performing systems analysts, supporting a variety of complex projects and systems. The Manager will manage cross-departmental projects for the Credit Union, from analysis, design, development, and documentation, through production implementation. Their responsibilities will include:
- Manage a team of analysts, providing goals, reviews, ongoing coaching and leadership, functional mentorship, effective resource management, and support for critical problem-solving.
- Support the collection of business systems requirements to ensure final solutions meet organizational business objectives and strategic goals.
- Responsible for the global support of enterprise applications and system analysis:
- Salesforce Business processes and applications, including Marketing Cloud, Business Banking, and CRM.
- SharePoint Business processes and applications, including Expense Reimbursement and Referrals
- Other enterprise applications as assigned, preventing an environment of business silos and working to deliver relevant data to business users.
- Manage team that leads day–to–day management, updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise application systems.
- Provide statistics on support tickets, monitoring, and outages, plus SLA reports.
- Analyze feedback from team on change requests from business users, and provide recommendations.
- Establish and implement appropriate standards and criteria for workflow analysis and requirements-gathering for internal processes and testing within technology group for support.
- Maintain system administrative duties, including:
- Approve system access rights based on access right requests from business owners.
- Assist with ongoing audits related to applications and vendor relationships.
- Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
Four-year college or university degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification:
- Salesforce certifications a plus.
- SharePoint/Microsoft O365 certifications a plus
- DocuSign certifications a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus.
- ITIL certifications a plus.

Required Knowledge: *
Experience with optimizing business workflows. Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint, API concepts, and implementation, along with Agile Product Life Cycle Management System, Scrum methodologies, etc. Financial services background is a plus.
