This position is responsible for receipt and processing of KelseyCare Advantage enrollment applications for the various health plan product lines. Responds to incoming calls from members, the clinic, or other health plan representatives and may initiate outgoing calls to verify enrollment status. This position is responsible for analyzing eligibility media, utilizing various system applications/databases, processing incoming files, and working edits for 100,000(+) managed care members. Responsible for maintaining the enrollment integrity of the EPIC and Health Plan Enrollment systems.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
  • 1-3 years Healthcare Industry or 6 months experience working in KelseyCare Advantage Sales
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • 3-5 years of computer, with exposure to MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to read and interpret technical reports.
  • Query reports and provides feedback to appropriate personnel.
  • Be flexible, able to work overtime as needed
  • Detail-oriented, and work with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines

Preferences:

  • Some college or technical school
  • 1-2 years of background in enrollment and/or reconciliation
  • Prior experience in Customer Service in Healthcare Industry
  • Experience with CMS and/or knowledge Medicare Advantage enrollment process.

Pay: $43,882.00 - $56,788.00 per year
