FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Summary
Working supervision of maintenance staff to assure facility and equipment is operating and in good condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
< >Ensure mechanical/electrical rooms and company vehicles are kept clean and orderlyInspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditionsPerform general repairs of drywall, carpet, and tile in pre-function, meeting rooms and restrooms, if needed.Repairs furniture and fixtures, if needed Assists in checking and makes minor repairs on general plumbing systems, fixtures such as pipes, toilets and sinks and kitchen equipment.Works on preventative maintenance and energy conservation.Possess competent knowledge of use and care of tools and equipment used in facility and grounds maintenanceComplete assigned work orders in a timely manner and communicate work order status via tablet device or paperworkAll other duties/ responsibilities as required.Physical Demands
