• Deliver and manage multi-stream technical engagements with partners and customers building high performing teams, and establishing effective communication techniques.
• Responsible for managing customer expectations, delivery teams, and managing the scope and budget of each individual project.
• Collaborate with field sales, pre-sales, design, training, and support teams to lead co-innovation engagements in key market verticals such as financial services, retail, and healthcare/life sciences.
