As an Energy Operations Manager, you will work directly with the General Manager to ensure high quality results from our team, great relationships with our clients, and lead a team of field inspectors. Ideal candidate needs to be an inspiring leader who can motivate a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead team of Quality Assurance Energy Specialists in conducting site evaluations to verify energy efficiency of homes
• Willingness to travel between Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, SE FL, and SW FL
• Develop training protocol for energy efficiency of homes
• Responsible for the training and development of Quality Assurance Energy Specialists
• Be the subject matter expert for all energy regulations in assigned district with energy personnel
• Be proactive in learning, creating ideas on improvements, and being a problem solver
• Maintain existing client relationships through regular face to face meetings, phone calls, and emails
• Grow the business with both new clients and recommend additional services to existing clients
• Help cover for personnel when demand exceeds bandwidth or as necessary
• Responsible for performance tracking and continuous improvement strategy
• Front line builder communication and training
• Dispatching scheduled inspections to markets across Florida
• Other duties as assigned

Best fit for position would be someone with management experience, comes from a high culture and logistical operations background, background in construction, regulatory or code requirement in new construction related to building, safety, and environmental.
