In cooperation with HR Business Partners, your exceptional interpersonal skills will be applied to evaluate and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring that human resources practices are consistent with legal and regulatory requirements to promote employee well-being.

Core Functions:

  • Conduct fact finding process for HR and employee relations issues
  • Independently manage assigned casework, bringing fact finding to closure rapidly and definitively
  • Identify and analyze appropriate data in order to calibrate cases with the team and ensure consistency.
  • Assist in the coordination and/or delivery of training on various HR/employee relations related topics.
  • Consult/educate on HR policies and programs to ensure consistent application and compliance.
  • Monitor other practices to ensure customer departments comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations that pertain to HR management.

Background/Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience in conducting fact finding, including employee interviews, data analysis, and production of documentation preferred.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups preferred.
  • Leadership Training experience preferred.
  • Experience in a health care environment desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations pertaining to HR management required
  • Willingness and ability to travel to multiple work sites, including multiple sites in the same work day.
  • Willingness and ability to serve customers in a 24/7 environment, requiring flexibility of work hours that may include nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
