ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time EMC Biller for our Corporate office location.

Job responsibilities include the review, correction & billing of encounters to be submitted to our clearinghouse within timely filing deadlines using the NextGen reporting system as outlined below. Additional responsibilities include updating the NextGen system with accurate information as per requested.

• Run pre-bill reports and verify charges entered for billing/coding specifics
• Verify doctor participation for all insurances and active location billing
• Address errors and questions to the office via NextGen tasking system
• After automated billing and EDI file creation by NextGen address any claim production status errors and task situations
• Submit all EDI files to clearinghouse
• Verify EDI files have been received for processing at clearinghouse
• Work rejections immediately upon receipt as received through clearinghouse
• Recreate EDI files with corrected claims as necessary, resubmit clean claim file and verify for processing through clearinghouse
• Internal distribution of all paper claims after automated printing process
• Updating Provider Master File in file maintenance with all referring physician requests from offices within 48 hour period
• Billing corrects Data Integrity Non-History reports
• Create clean claims, void and correct charges manually as per requested internally from collections
• Secondary claim files updated with primary EOB information through Navicure
• EDI files are reviewed daily by 9 a.m.
• Create specific EDI files (i.e., hearing aid file, clean claim submission file, etc.)
