THE PURPOSE:
Our children's toy manufacturing business is looking for a bubbly, bright and upbeat person to communicate with our customers via e-mail platform with occasional phone calls as well. You will be responsible for communicating with customers online, keeping them up to date, and providing information about their account, transactions or payment information, order/shipping questions and to help mitigate and solve any order problems. This is mainly done via email and online, we are not a call center.
We will provide all the continued resources and training you will need to help you work in a timely manner and demonstrate good problem solving and customer service skills.

THE ROLE:
-Responding to customer support queries through email.
-The first point of contact in addressing tickets promptly and effectively.
-Taking responsibility for all received tickets
-Troubleshooting all tickets using a logical approach
-Working to meet or exceed ticket quotas for each day
-Collaborating and escalating issues to other teams to find solutions
-Listen to feedback, process the information, and deliberate a best-response in line with the team's business objectives.
-Assist the rest of the local operations team in fulfillment, business process optimization, due diligence, and strategic partnerships.
-Collecting and summarizing feedback from customers to give to sales, development, operations, and marketing teams to improve the customer experience
-Delivering excellent levels of customer service at all times.
-Additional support needs in development of loyalty program points and questions and subscription service based inquiries.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Excellent grammar and written communication skills
-Prior experience with customer service/support services.
-Empathetic, yet business-oriented, and able to think and respond on your feet at the same time.
-A strong will to learn and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
-Good attention to detail
-You'll have an inquisitive nature and the drive and ambition for continuous improvement.
