DTC Workforce Programs are seeking motivated candidates to work for Johnson Controls Inc., in Hattiesburg, MS. We believe in diversity and opportunity for all.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain productivity levels according to plant goals.
• Adheres to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Standards.
• Properly reports labor.
• Knows how and where to mount components.
• Performs basic conduit bending.
• Reads lighting schematics as needed.
• Uses basic motor circuits and sizes them per our charts.
• Install pneumatic tubing and basic conduit systems.
• Makes motor termination/connections.
• Lays out and wires control panel.
• Performs and controls testing for sounds, refrigerant, CFM and other problems.
• Troubleshoots and implements solutions.

Two shifts, 5 -days per week, and 10 hours per day.

1st shift - 5:00am - 3:30pm - rate of pay $16.21 per hour.

2nd shift - 4:00pm - 2:30am - rate of pay $17.21 per hour.

Full-time, paid weekly

First full week of employment with no tardiness or absences, you will receive a $50 bonus on your check.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent education preferred.
• Read and write in English.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Knowledge of company safety policies.
• Prior electrical experience preferred, and a plus for experience in bending conduits.
• Steele toed shoes, hard hats, safety glasses and ear plugs are required.

Pay: $16.21 - $17.21 per hour
