Seeking an Electrical Controls Technician with industrial manufacturing experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Blue Ridge Summit, PA.
This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental and 401k!
Pay rate is $34.91/hour. This position has a rotating shift.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, rebuilding, installation, and demolition of the plant’s electrical equipment and machinery, including motors, panels, generating equipment, lighting circuits, communication systems, etc.
- Maintain the facility in an electrically safe condition.
- Respond to process upsets with a sense of urgency.
- Comply with regulatory governing bodies with regard to electrical installations, mining safety, and occupational health; and with Company safe practices and established procedures.
- Maybe required to perform other miscellaneous assignments as directed.
- Installation of new improvement projects throughout the plant.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- A technical certificate or advanced degree is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and process monitoring is preferred.
