Electric Aircraft Propulsion Program Manager

We are a dynamic company located in Southern California (Camarillo) that is engaged in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge electric propulsion systems that are revolutionizing the Aviation industry.

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our team with the following skills and capabilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of advanced electric aircraft propulsion system component development and testing
• Creation and management of program schedules, resource planning, and documentation
• Interfacing with Customers on all aspects of programs
• Coordinating prototype fabrication, testing, and production launch for new and revised products
• Strong hands-on electromechanical skills, design, and testing capability
• Experience and understanding of Quality Management Systems including AS9100
• Experience with Aerospace product development processes and certified aircraft systems a plus
• Experience with Aircraft design a plus
• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering required
