Coordinating the development, direction, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs offered to all levels of professionals at or with Twin Cities Orthopedics.

This is a full time position - traditional and non-traditional hours hybrid with home work and at our Edina location

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health).

Essential Functions:
  • Coordinating the development, direction, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs at or with Twin Cities Orthopedics to align with the requirements accreditation boards and/or associations
  • Creation of processes and procedures for departments in development of continuing education events, including, but not limited to applications for courses, course approval, speaker coordination, budgeting, marketing coordination, and documentation
  • Reporting to accrediting boards and/or associations per requirements
  • Work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
  • Participate in strategy development and implementation of continuing education
  • Promote TCO sponsored continuing education events in the community at health fairs and events
  • Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO continuing education events throughout the year.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in healthcare related field
  • 2-5 years of experience with continuing medical education preferred
  • Highly organized individual with attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and with multiple professionals

  • Travel independently throughout the workplace (which may include movement from floor to floor); stand for long periods of time
  • Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
  • Converse in a calm, respectful, professional, and friendly manner
  • Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
  • Proficiently operate modern clinic and office (e.g., PC) equipment; communicate on and operate the phone systems; learn and operate multiple reporting systems for accreditation boards and/or associations as well as the Training Management Platform for continuing education promotion
  • Travel to other work-related locations
