Job Overview: Education Consultant - Part-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide assessments and in-home consultations for families, students, and clients to create customized tutoring plans
• Effectively describe and recommend our tutoring services and packages to interested prospects based on their needs
• Share our mission with community members and leaders, 1-to-1 or via group presentations
• Service existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests
• Follow-up on current and prospective leads
• Re-enroll existing clientele
• Generate leads and sales based on assigned territory
• Manage a group of tutors within assigned territory and match clients with said tutors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years experience in the education field and industry
• 1-2 years experience with service contract sales
• 1-2 years experience in telesales and customer service
• Experience with basic Database/ Data Entry
• Business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong typing, PC and recording skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Inside or outside sales experience

COMPENSATION
Commensurate to education and experience and will be based on commission.
