EDTA
Good Samaritan University Hospital is a 537- bed (including 100 nursing home beds) teaching hospital and a member of Catholic Health. With almost 900 physicians on staff, and a level II Trauma Center, we care for well over 100,000 patients annually across the south shore of Long Island. The EDTA provides bedside patient care in the Emergency Room and is an integral part of the care team.
Responsibilities include:

Performing phlebotomy

Administering EKG
-
Patient Care
Requirements:
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Certifications in phlebotomy and EKG highly preferred or equivalent experience of at least one year working in an acute care setting

Previous experience working in a hospital setting

Nursing Assistant/medical Assistant certification and experience required

BLS
