Overview

The primary function of the Ecommerce & Customer Service Supervisor is to manage the workflow of our Ecommerce business in Shopify, including Website updates, Fulfilling orders, Shipping, Processing Returns/Exchanges, and Customer Service via Phone and Email for all inbound inquiries. In addition, this candidate will help analyze top selling and slow moving products, make changes to the website based on stock levels & analysis, as well as assist with Newsletters and Social Media collaborations. The primary focus is for this candidate to increase sales, increase visibility to our website, and service the needs of our online customers.

Operations

• Lead the fulfillment process for all Online orders, including pulling, preparing, and shipping products, in accordance with Dolcessa brand standards
• Provide excellent customer service to those inquiring for assistance on new and existing orders, exchanges, returns, and substitutions. This is done via email, phone, Social Media inboxes, and Chat messengers
• Analyze reports for top selling products, slow sellers, available inventory, and sell through to maximize business and communicate to management and other team member
• Assist with Klaviyo Newsletters
• Business planning and analysis through excel spreadsheets and powerpoint

Social Media and Influencer Programs

• Assist with Social Media and Influencer collaborations via product giftings both in store + shipping out influencer packages
• Assist with content creation and postings of Influencer programs

Stock, Receive and Replenishment

• Process orders by adding any identifying codes, tags, and labels such as prices, style labels, SKUs
• Analyzes stock levels for Inventory availability on Shopify and Inventory Systems
• Assist with the ordering of on low inventory SKUs
• Physically receive, deliver, and transport merchandise
• Meticulous on maintaining accurate levels of inventory through inventory systems, excel worksheets, and physical counts

Qualifications/Requirements

• Availability to work 40+ hours per week
• Typical schedule is 10am-7pm
• Highly organized, checklist individual, ability to multi-task numerous projects and maintain deadlines, with advanced computer skills especially Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to memorize catalog for styles, style names, and price points
• General interest in women’s luxury fashion
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong people, customer service, and organizational skills
• Proactive, self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
• Flexibility and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have valid driver’s license to use Company vehicle and making deliveries

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
