Boost Collaborative, Children and Family Support Services (CFSS) is a contracted provider agency for the Wa. State Dept. of Child, Youth & Family Services (DCYF) and the Early Support for Infant and Toddlers Program (ESIT) covering both Whitman and Garfield counties. Located in Pullman, we are proud to serve a diverse community by offering support services to families in natural environments for children birth to three years old.
CFSS is seeking an Early Childhood Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with children in natural environments as they educate and support parents and care providers in meeting the child’s developmental needs.
The SLP must have a degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and a license in the state of Washington to practice as a Speech Therapist. The speech therapist must have experience evaluating and assessing speech and language skills for children birth to three years old using the REEL and PL5 tools and have the preferred skills in observation and assessment of feeding young children. They must subsequently be able to work with infants and toddlers in a family-centered and collaborative way that supports ongoing development based around the needs of the child. Professional team collaboration, maintaining ethical and professional best practices and knowledge of IDEA Part C and Individual Family Service Planning (IFSP) is required.
