Our Route Service Representative is an independent position within a team environment that requires high motivation, initiative, and a positive attitude. This is a great opportunity for someone who is personable, enjoys face-to-face interaction while being on the move, and not be stuck behind a desk.

In this position, you will:

• Provide service to an existing customer base
• Provide solutions to problems at customer locations
• Develop positive relationships with customers while working in the field
• Play an instrumental role in our company’s growth
• Grow customer accounts through sales of additional products or services
• Be an expert on all Huebsch products and services
• Assist with account installations
• Work first shift Monday through Friday with the opportunity to earn Fridays off if performance standards are met

To be successful, you will need the following:

• Ability to work independently
• Desire to contribute to company goals
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to be personable and connect with people
• Excellent time management skills
• Possess the ability to work in an environment requiring physical activity, including regular lifting
• Stable employment history
• High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is NOT required)
