Overview:
The E-Commerce Specialist will join a team of 100+ purpose-driven staff members in a friendly, focused, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is the largest leadership honor society in the United States, with over 700 chapters and more than 1.5 million members. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for leading e-commerce efforts to meet or exceed revenue goals through optimization, inventory management, product offerings, and marketing campaigns.

This role forms part of the marketing department and works closely with the Marketing Manager. You will be supporting the strategic vision of the company?s online shop, ensuring timely delivery of products, marketing campaigns, and store optimization. This role also has the unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of students through direct interaction with NSLS members across a broad spectrum of marketing touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through marketing campaigns to reach revenue goals
  • Develop marketing strategy for retargeting, social media, and email
  • Collect and analyze monthly data reports and provide optimization recommendations
  • Management of the Shopify e-commerce platform
  • Project management of new product launches
  • Liaison with product vendors
  • Monitor and make recommendations based on industry trends
  • Monitor, adjust, and order product inventory
  • Monitor product cost and pricing
