Lollicup® USA, Inc., headquartered in Chino, CA, is the manufacturer of Karat® food disposable goods and TeaZone® beverage products, the distributor of other leading brands' coffee & tea ingredients, & specializes in custom print and innovative packaging. We have been recognized for our thermoforming plastic capabilities in North America to produce cups and food packaging products that allow us to offer competitive pricing throughout our distribution network (currently 6 regional warehouses are located in CA, HI, NJ, SC, TX, WA), and services to chain accounts such as Panda Express, Flame Broiler, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and follow-up on online orders, applications, samples, and requests from customers and prospective customers
• Coordinate with warehouse on shipping status and ensure orders are shipped in timely manner
• Coordinate with logistic team to scheduling bulk shipments with carriers
• Anticipate and assist online customer needs and questions, problem solving
• Responding promptly to all inquiries by CRM, emails, and/or in person when needed
• Cross-selling and educating customer regarding any product or service questions
• Gather market and competitor information/data
• Additional customer service and sales support related assignments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills, fluency with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook and internet knowledge.
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM and 8,000 KPH (10-key)
• The ideal candidate will have good writing and communication skills, be resourceful, and be a team player.
• Punctual, responsive & detail-oriented.
• Positive demeanor, self-motivated, energetic, team player
• Effective professional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce
• Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the US
• Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and background screening

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION:

From $16.00 an hour to $21.00 an hour DOE + Health/Dental/Vision & benefits available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year
