We are a fast growing, privately owned footwear company committed to making high quality, comfortable and stylish shoes for women. We are looking for a full time E-Commerce Brand Representative to service our online store.
Description:
As a brand representative, this person is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact with our customers, this position requires a high level of professionalism and conscientiousness. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly develop an expert level of knowledge of E-Commerce operations, policies, and our products.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, online chat, social media, or anywhere else our customers engage with us
- Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, online store policies, order tracking, issue resolution, and general information
- Proactively engage website customers via chat to assist in order completion
- Inspect daily returns and issue refunds for unworn and salable merchandise
- Additional administrative support for E-Commerce team as necessary
Department and Supervisor:
Traditionally a wholesale business, E-Commerce is the newest department focused on selling footwear directly to consumers for the first time in company history.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Upbeat and positive attitude is required to perform this job
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly, efficiently and creatively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience using email ticketing, CRM and Order Processing ERP systems (Shopify preferred)
- Familiar with using web based applications and web navigation
- Prior consumer goods, e-retail or retail experience is a plus
- Affinity for shoes and fashion
- 1-3 years prior full time customer service experience strongly preferred
