Reports to: E&I Project Manager

Salary Range: $65,000-95,000 DOE

Job Description:

Udelhoven Oilfield System Services is seeking an Assistant E&I Project Manager to join our high performing team. The Assistant E&I Project Manager is responsible for helping Project Managers in the planning, directing, and coordinating industrial and commercial electrical projects. The Assistant will be working closely with Project Managers assisting with daily tasks such as coordination of projects, submittals, RFIs, estimates, and various other duties.

General Duties:

· Assists in the preparation of project reports for management, client, or others.

· Responsible for communicating with the project team (General Contractor, Vendors, Subcontractors, etc.)

· Supports the Senior Project Manager and electricians in the field installing the work.

· Maintains project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies.

· Material and O&M submittals.

· Material and Equipment tracking procurement.

· Preparation of RFIs (Requests for Information).

· Preparation and creation of change orders.

Requirements:

· Project Management: Experienced preferred

· College graduate with a construction-related degree, or equivalent work experience with a High School Diploma or GED.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Required

· Experience with Blue Beam preferred.

· Journeyman Electrician experience, preferred.

· Electrical contractor experience: 2 (Two) years, preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
