Job description

Seeking Direct Support Professionals, CNA and PCA's to work directly with individuals diagnosed with intellectual & developmental disabilities in group home setting. Direct Support Professionals will participate in daily routines while assisting and encouraging each person to develop their skills and be as independent as possible. Personal routines include a variety of different activities both at home and in the community.

Job Duties:

-Support individuals with ADL’s

-Household chores

-Meal preparation

-Medication administration

-Social & community interaction

-Planning/organizing appointments and activities

-Document Outcomes

Qualifications:

-Medication Aides or 32 Hour Medication (Certificate preferred but willing to train)

-CPR/First Aid Certificate

-Valid Drivers License

-Dependable Transportation

-Background Check Required

-Flexible and Dependable

Current Shift Available:

Overnight Shift 6pm to 8am

This shift works 7 consecutive days then off for 7 consecutive days. Position earns 98 hours bi-weekly with 18 hours overtime.
