ABOUT THE POSITION:

Immediate full-time position. Training provided. Clean DMV record required (DMV record must be submitted before assignment starts). Company vehicle with company insurance and company phone provided (due to insurance requirements must be at least 21 years of age). MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Need to be able to rotate through day shifts, night shifts, graveyard shifts, weekend and holiday coverage.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bilingual (English/Spanish)

 Ability to multi-task

 Excellent telephone & written/verbal communication skills

 Proficient with computers & Microsoft Office

 Quick learner

 Detail Oriented

 Excellent Organizational & Time Management Skills

 Self-Motivated

 Ability to life 35+ lbs.

 Types 35+ wpm

 Clean DMV record

 Able to learn and follow SOPs and Work Instructions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Receive & Dispatch Incoming Phone Calls

 Customer Service

 Data Entry

 Schedule & Dispatch Samplers

 Fulfill duties assigned by management

 On Call to retrieve samples from various locations

 Sampling (Water, Field & Facility Sampling)

 Assist other departments as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Dispatchers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
