DRAFER | DESIGNER

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detailed-oriented, technically capable, thorough, and self-motivated. As a Drafter, you will use primarily Revit Architecture (and occasionally AutoCAD) to produce full construction drawings for a variety of foodservice projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce design and construction documents in Revit (and occasionally AutoCAD)
• Continually update plans due to evolving design revisions
• Resolve drawing/document issues
• Setup & maintain Revit Projects
• Quality Control of drawing submittals
• Promote a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Maintaining electronic Libraries

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously to meet varying deadlines
• Proficiency in Revit 2018 and newer (and AutoCAD 2010 or newer)
• Associates degree in Construction Technology, Drafting Technology or Computer-Aided Design and Drafting is a plus
• Knowledge of BIM drafting techniques, processes, standards, and software
• Ability to quickly learn company specific BIM standards and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years’ experience in architectural drafting
• Proficient in Revit Architecture (Preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2010 or newer
