JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

We are seeking a full-time Drafter/Engineer for custom projects. Duties include interpreting architectural drawings and transform them into working shop drawings that will be submitted for approval. This position is also responsible for creating Cut Lists, Wiring Diagrams and ordering custom parts as required.

JOB DUTIES:

• Interpret customer drawings to produce a working shop drawing including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Ensure project scope is in line with the estimated price.
• Submit drawings for approval, make redline corrections as required.
• Create bill of material.
• Prepare files for CNC programming.
• Obtain quotes for custom materials.
• Maintain budgeted hours on assigned orders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years Solid Works/CAD experience
• 2+ years construction / Millwork experience.
• Experience with shop machining and assembly techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting due dates and maintaining the highest level of quality.
