Job description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and complete construction concrete forms from initial layout to assembly using oral instructions, plans, specifications, blueprints and work orders.
- Build job-specific wood forms and assemble commercially-available form systems.
- Set and tie steel, as required.
- Erect and wreck all forms.
- Pour, grade and finish concrete.
- Check and maintain grade stakes and other survey markings.
- Maintain equipment and tools.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability to travel
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiar with staking and checking grade
- Detail-oriented and have excellent follow through
- Able to use hand and power tools
