The Donor Center Supervisor will support both day and night shift. Some evening and nights required.
We are currently recruiting for a Donor Services Center Supervisor. This position will be located in our Winston Salem office.
Job Summary: The Donor Services Center Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities in the Donor Services Center. Works to identify and provide solutions for daily operations. Contributes to the success of the department by working as a team resource, demonstrating flexibility, and ensuring professional and efficient performance of the Donor Services Center staff. Has the responsibility and authority, in the absence of the Donor Service Center Manager, to handle and manage Donor Service Center staff operations. Supervises Donor Service Center Coordinators.

2. Participates in the recruitment, selection and performance evaluation of Donor Services Center staff
3. Provides support, training, and education to all Donor Services Center staff
3. Provides support, training, and education to all Donor Services Center staff
- Assists with training new employees during orientation
- Assists with training and education of Donor Services Center staff on current policies and procedures and changes in policies and procedures
- Identifies educational needs and sources for continuing education for Donor Services Center staff
4. Performs all functions of the Donor Services Center Coordinators ensuring adequate backup and staffing levels
5. Ensures compliance with operational Policies and Procedures for the Donor Services Center
6. Responsible for the 24/7 scheduling of the Donor Services Center Coordinators
7. Provides data, reports and case follow up as needed
8 Works with EMR Program Coordinator to ensure Donor Services Center staff obtain, maintain, and appropriately utilize electronic medical record access
9. Assists in identifying and analyzing trends that improve service and performance
10. May take a limited number of AOC days
11. Other duties as assigned by the Donor Services Center Manager
Work Environment: Normal office or remote office environment
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; prior supervisory experience preferred
Skills and Qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications:
- CTBS certification within 2 years
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and utilize critical analysis in decision making
- Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
- Flexible work schedule with ability to respond 24 hours a day
- Valid state Driver’s License required
