Role - ESG Data – Business Analyst
Role: ESG Business Analyst
Looking for Business Analyst with experience in Asset Management/ Investment Management and ESG. Candidate should understand ESG standards / frameworks (TCFD, SFDR, SASB etc), ESG reporting and experience in managing ESG data that is relevant to Investment / Asset Management area.
The Business Analysts role will
- Directly interface with Investment / Fund managers, BAU Transformation Leads, Enterprise architects
- Define the data requirements for ESG Investment Management, SFDR / TCFD Reporting.
- Assist the CDO team in defining the Data Quality and Data Management framework for ESG data
- Employ a consultative approach to gather the data requirements for SFDR, TCFD and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Employ a consultative approach to gather the data requirements for Investment Management – Suitability, Portfolio Construction, Risk Management and Client Reporting.
The candidate should definitely have
- 10 to 15 years of overall experience
- Strong Business Analysis experience in Investment Management domain
- Experience working with ESG Data
- Experience of working in an agile environment at scale and are familiar with scaled agile methodologies
- BA experience in enterprise data management , data warehousing concepts aligned with BCBCS239 principles
- Structured, methodical thinker with strong analytical capability and a focused problem solver.
