Job Duties

  • Scan paper documents into a digital format using the scanning equipment.
  • Ensure the documents are legible by adjusting the scanning equipment and managing and storing the new files on the computer systems.
  • Handle the documents scanned into the system remotely to make sure they are filed correctly.
  • Communicate with IT department and the offices to troubleshoot and find resolutions for scanning and storing issues.
  • Receive and store shipments of paper and other office supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Additional Skills/Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to utilize multi-line phones and carry out basic computer tasks.
  • Ability to form interpersonal relationships (i.e. establish rapport with others)
  • Ability to manage time effectively by setting priorities.
  • Basic mathematical skills.

Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting maximum of 20 lbs.
