Responsibilities
- Division CFO is responsible for 18 hospitals, 5 sub markets and 2 large markets - our largest most complex Division
- Oversees the financial operations of the service area and advises service area's Senior Vice President of Operations regarding the development and growth of the integrated delivery network encompassing hospitals, ambulatory care sites, alignment, joint ventures and payer relations
- Oversees budgeting and long term financial planning for the service area in order to achieve the organization's mission and vision through short-term and long-term goals
- Supervises investigation and analysis with respect to the service area's financial performance in order to drive improvement throughout the organization
- Facilitates teamwork and helps identify best practices in the system or service area that will encourage innovation to improve quality, increase access and reduce the costs of healthcare
- Represents the service area for consolidated financial reporting, projections and all other service area-level financial presentations. Accountable for the content and professionalism of financial presentations to Senior Dignity Health Management and the Board of Directors

Qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive/combined experience in healthcare finance management
- Minimum of five (5) years of strategic-level finance leadership and management experience over multiple hospitals
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent is required
