We are looking to hire a Dispatcher that is responsible for overseeing our service and maintenance departments scheduling.

Key Tasks and Qualifications

• You must have 2+ years of relevant demand service experience in the communications industry.
• Proficiency navigating computer programs.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking during high call volumes.
• Provide honest, high-quality customer experiences to earn customer referrals and promote future growth.
• Oversee your scheduling, looking for optimal opportunities and ways to help the techs efficiency in the field.
• Review all Service invoices/time sheets daily to ensure quality of service and that all procedures are followed.
• Regular check ins with Office Manager/Service Manager regarding productivity, rising issues, and invoicing.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work Monday - Friday
• Must be able to work OT during the week in peak seasons
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass compliance check
• Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
• Follow routine verbal and written instructions
• Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
• Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
