We are seeking an organized and highly motivated Dispatcher who is looking for an
opportunity for growth within a growing family owned company. As a dispatcher, you will have accountability for leading a team of drivers to deliver a best in class experience for our customer and drivers.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and assign equipment and loads to drivers using TMW and Rand McNally.
• Ensure drivers are meeting their pickup and delivery times.
• Communicate with customers regarding pickups, deliveries, issues, and concerns.
• Provide information to Operations Manager on failures and problems.
• Track and update tractor locations and trailer list (location & status)
• Coaching drivers on Smart Drive videos.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the trucking industry dispatching and/or driver management is preferred.
• Good attitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good understanding of FMCSR's (Hours of Service and Axle Weight & Spacing).
• Ability to work independently is a must.
• Must be exceptional with driver and customer relations.
• Ability to efficiently use Windows and Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
