***AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 3PM-11PM, 4PM-12AM, 5PM-1AM & 7PM-3AM

***PAY RATE: $11.00 per hour (Part Time or Full Time with Benefits)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of our Stewarding Team you are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes and silverware to be used by guests of casino/hotel, cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, and cleaning and sanitizing the dining room and banquet areas. This is a part-time position.

MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, kitchen equipment, dining rooms, and banquet areas
• Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor in all interactions as well as maintaining composure in handling difficult interactions
• Comply with company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Act as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same
• Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in casino.
• Must have reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending on identified needs of the company
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen and food service areas. Must be able to tolerate areas with temperatures in excess of 115 degrees near dish machine.
• Must be able to use chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas.
• Must be able to operate the dish machine.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds. Must be able to push carts, pull, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes and silverware. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
