JOB OBJECTIVE:
To bring the Red Lobster promise of a refreshing seaside dining experience to life for our guests by delivering clean comfortable restaurants that take our guests’ minds to the coast.
Wash dishes and clean the interior and exterior of the restaurant

Executes the Utility position:
- Cleans and stocks restrooms; vacuums; checks outside grounds and building
- Sets up dish machine and dish breakdown area
Standards and Procedures:
Uses proper amount of chemicals for correct items
- Follows established standards to ensure items are properly cleaned and sanitized
Closing Duties:
- Completes assigned side work
- Checks out with a manager at the end of their shift
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: No experience required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 60 lbs. to waist level
- Able to move items up to 35 lbs.. for distances of up to 25 feet
Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- Able to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures (above 140<br>degrees/below 40 degrees)
- Able to hear, understand and respond to guest and crew members requests in a loud environment
- Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen duties
- Able to tolerate exposure to and/or contact with seafood without an allergic reaction or sensitivity
- Able to tolerate exposure to chlorine sanitation solutions and other cleaning chemicals
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Evening shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
