JOB SUMMARY

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all dishes, glasses, and utensils required to serve our Guests as well as kitchen equipment, tools and supplies as needed. Organization and efficiency are important to quickly rinse, wash, pre-sort and deliver clean dishes to the kitchens, dining room and bars.

All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which demonstrates friendliness, initiative, professionalism, personal awareness and integrity while exercising confidentiality in the appropriate areas of their performance.

SHIFT: Thursday-Saturday| Swing 4pm-Midnight

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote positive employee and guest relations by projecting a positive, courteous, helpful attitude
• Set up dish station according to guidelines and standards
• Inspect and test sanitizer for proper temperature or chemical mix and properly set up dish machine
• Ensure all items are washed and put back in proper areas
• Keep dish room clean and organized
• Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster and recycling bin
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of kitchen health and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively
• Must follow verbal and written directions, policies, and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, bend, reach, twist and exert well-paced mobility during entire shift
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18
