Responsibilities of the Dishwasher / Utility

• Operate all dishwashing equipment to sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, glass, cutlery, etc.
• A high standard of sanitation of all kitchen equipment, consistent with all health & safety guidelines.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using carts.
• Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.

• Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Dishwasher / Utility

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year or more of hospitality or related experience.
• Must possess good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule of hours, weekends and holidays
• Must exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift
• Must be able to stand continuously throughout shift
