Job Description:
The Disaster Recovery Strategist Architect will design and develop an implementation plan for DR strategic direction utilizing industry's best practices that meet the organization needs, direct IT disaster response/ crisis management activities, provide and coordinate disaster preparedness training with respect to the organization's information technologies, helping ensure business continuity.
Provides management, coordination and oversight in supporting and contributing to all disciplines of Disaster Recovery and Tech Resiliency. Develops and maintains contingency planning, policies and procedures. Leads, Executes, reports, trains and educates related to major program initiatives and projects related to disaster recovery and tech resiliency. Identifies and incorporates changes in regulatory requirements, the health system's risk framework and applicable policies. Actively emphasizes corporate-level response and recovery, operational risk and governance and regulatory program components.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS - Bachelor of Science in computer science, information systems, information protection (information security), or a related IT field required.
- 10+ years of experience applying resiliency professional practices to DR and Tech resiliency program initiatives required.
- 10+ years of experience in disaster recovery operations and management in the Healthcare, financial or similar industry required.
- 5 years of experience managing large projects, using PMI standard methods and tools required.
- 5 years of experience of proven project management leadership experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP)
- PMP certification
- TOGAF Certification
- ITIL certification
- Other technical certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, etc)
