Position Summary:
Deepwatch is seeking a Director, Technology Alliance Marketing that will support our channel team and our channel partner businesses with the overall development and management of programs, campaigns, and activities that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Field and Channel Marketing and is a 100% remote role that can be based anywhere within the continental U.S.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Align with Technology Alliance Leaders and Area Vice Presidents to understand the market trends and customize programs as needed to help drive quota attainment goals
- Plan and conduct campaigns, digital activities, and in person programs through the partner, with the partner, and to the partner
- Strategize and manage marketing plans with Tech Alliance partners on a quarterly basis including but not limited to email, event, promotional, tradeshow, lunch and learns, webinar programs, and campaigns
- Coordinate activities cross-functionally to create and deliver engaging partner communications regarding program benefits, new products and services and channel enablement programs through key monthly communications such as emails, newsletters and announcements
- Work with the integrated marketing team to drive programs deep into our partners
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing investments
- Own overall planning, budget, and execution of Technology Partner GTM initiatives in alignment with corporate objectives
- Serve as a role model of Deepwatch's Core Values, coaches and encourages others to model these values

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Think strategically and deliver against business objectives

- Possess a strong work ethic, highly responsive and dedicated to program results
- Demonstrate a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Possess a working knowledge of demand generation and lead nurture strategies
- Wear many hats and quickly pivot based on changing priorities
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets to manage a budget, provide date and report back to the business
- Possess experience and/or knowledge of Deepwatch alliance partners' technologies (i.e. Splunk, AWS, Crowdstrike, Tenable, PAN, Sentinel One, etc.)
- Understand one or more of the following: MDR, XDR, EDR, VM, Threat Intelligence, Intrusion Detection and Incident Response
- Possess experience with Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and Hubspot are preferable
- Be a skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget
- Write campaign briefs, email, web, and social, newsletters, and campaign ads; both short form and long form
- Understand the buyer's journey, re-purpose content and demonstrate strong skills working with agencies and vendors for creative and content marketing campaigns
- Travel as needed to support the partners and programs (approximately 30%)
Statutory Pay Disclosure:
For applicants in NYC, CO, CA, RI, and WA, the salary range for this role is $156,000 to $216,000 + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
