About This Role
We are looking for a Director of Sales Operations to be a central part of our high energy, high-growth go to market team. You will help lead and own the strategy, management and performance of our sales operations and technology business process ecosystem. You will have a chance to work cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, finance and operations teams to implement and optimize our sales processes tech stack, develop and deploy go to market processes and acquire and augment the data we need to operate at high speed and increasing scale.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and build our sales operations function and processes in order to drive efficiency in sales and resolve roadblocks
- Manage our current sales technology stack (including Salesforce, Clari, and DecisionLink) and troubleshoot sales technology challenges
- Deploy and train on the use of sales technology to drive lead generation and customer communications
- Establish, implement, analyze, and optimize sales processes like lead scoring, lead routing and others that drive quality leads and operational efficiency
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and provide end-to-end quality control
- Own forecasting processes and plan territories, quotas, and commissions for Field Sales team globally
- Progress deals through the Monetate sales process and manage handing off bookings to finance
- Provide weekly, monthy, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting on sales performance and KPIs; analyze data to gain insight and make recommendations on areas for optimization
- Monitor, analyze and reconcile sales budget
- Continually improve and optimize data quality to ensure we are executing on the best data possible
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of relevant B2B SaaS sales or marketing operations or other highly relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience with Salesforce
- Demonstrated success in applying marketing technology to improve execution and contribute to company growth
- Ability to clearly communicate and interact with all levels of the organization
