FULL-TIME Exempt: 40 hours/week

As a Director, Program Management, you would be employed by Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) and would collaborate with the Program Management Service Line to deliver important programs and services to the CCSI Customers.

The Director, Program Management works closely with the Chief Program Officer to develop and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with significant CCSI customers, including staying abreast of customer needs, ensuring that programs are operating in alignment with established goals and objectives, and bringing new ideas and knowledge to the table to assist CCSI customers in achieving their goals and maximizing their impact. Provides guidance and leadership to senior-level CCSI program managers and other CCSI staff working within customer locations to ensure effective program operations, staff performance and compliance with CCSI and customer requirements

In your role as a Director, Program Management, you will:


  • Customer Relationship Management
    : Maintains a solid understanding of customers’ priorities and makes connections, as appropriate, to other CCSI service areas to meet emerging needs. Maintains a pulse on the political / regulatory climate and brings recommendations / insights to the Managing Director, Program Management to assist in maintaining strategic positioning for CCSI.
  • Creates and Maintains Strong Communication Channels: Ensures that staff working within this growing unit are kept abreast of key developments – both internal and external. This includes facilitating the routine sharing of important industry, customer, and corporate updates. Interfaces regularly and effectively with CCSI’s marketing / communications staff to provide service line updates / educational content appropriate for broader dissemination.
  • Champions Efficient, Effective Operating Practices: Actively communicates, implements, and reinforces expectations related to CCSI core business policies, processes, and workflows; ensuring that business practices are followed consistently with an eye toward helping to achieve important quality and efficiency goals. Looks for opportunities to improve or refine key workflows as needed to problem-solve issues as identified, take advantage of new learning, or improve practices and / or achieve more synergy.
  • Supports Workforce Development and Oversight: Maintains a strong focus on professional development, including ongoing coaching of direct reports to support their continued growth and progression. Working closely with CCSI’s HR team, ensures that professional development goals and the necessary supports are in place for staff working within this service line, paving the way for continued career progression and individual fulfillment. Stays abreast of CCSI’s offering related to professional development and wellness and facilitates linkages, as appropriate. Ensures that Program Management staff consistently meet expectations for completing required trainings, timesheet submissions/approvals, and adhering to CCSI and Customer policies.
  • Supports Effective Fiscal and Contract Oversight: Partners with the Managing Director and CCSI’s Finance team to review operational budgets and monitor the overall financial performance for programs under their leadership. Manages contractual relationships with customers, including contract renewal negotiations.
  • Supports Business Development: Works with existing and new customers to identify new program management opportunities and bring them to fruition in collaboration with the Managing Director and other internal CCSI teams.
  • Provides Effective Leadership: Provides direction, guidance, support and feedback to the senior program managers, site administrators, and other CCSI staff consistent with the Managing Director’s strategic vision and CCSI policies. Participates in strategic and operational planning and discussions as requested.

Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in health/public/business administration, or the equivalent in experience, along with a minimum of ten years of senior management experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart).
  • Experience in managing various aspects of program oversight including some combination of planning, implementation, fiscal management, operations, and process/system optimization.
  • Experience in networking and collaborating with governmental agencies and community-based organizations preferred.

  • Satisfactory completion of all required screenings.

  • Must possess a valid class D New York State Driver’s License and must have access to a motor vehicle in order to meet the transportation requirements of this position
