Maintains a positive, individualized, helpful approach as this Office will interface with a wide variety of internal departments, as well as community stakeholders. Analyzes metrics of the program and value-based propositions to the organization. Assists in the completion of organizational reports and tracking to various stakeholders. May possess specialized knowledge of specific technology to administer programming for tracking and trending external future workforce. Strong organizational, multitasking, negotiations and communications skills are important to the success of this role.
Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background. The Director works closely with all other employees in the design and facilitation of the program milieu and service delivery system, quality assurance measurements and agency goals. Contributes to the Glove House high performance culture by exhibiting our values and providing quality results that keep Glove House as the premier provider of child, family and behavioral health solutions.
Master’s degree in Human Services or related field required. SHRM preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience working with Human Services setting, 5+ years supervisory experience in Training, Human Resources, and Workforce Development.
Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record in accordance with agency standards.
