Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional, high impact projects as directed by the CEO and executive leadership team
• Have passion for value-creation and an ability to impact the organization to drive significant growth
• Bring dynamic, operations-focused, strategic and tactical skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of initiatives
• Provide analytical support and reporting - synthesizing complex data sets, create compelling presentations and materials through skilled storytelling
• Adapt to rapidly changing business needs while also being a change agent with change-management best practices at the core of all initiatives
• Define appropriate metrics to track and report all program/projects
• Drive initiatives that will enable revenue growth and accelerate business efficiency
• Identify, coordinate and implement SaaS industry best practices across areas of the organization
• Provide proactive detection and resolution of potential obstacles impacting strategic initiatives – elevating issues when appropriate

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience successfully leading cross-functional, programmatic initiatives
• Strong communications and data-analysis skills with experience creating and delivering executive presentations
• Portfolio of examples with data-driven results
• Experience in Software-as-a-Service, Federal government, private-equity strongly preferred
• High energy and enthusiasm with a strong professional metabolism to thrive in a high-growth environment
• Unflappable and able to quickly overcome obstacles

Education:

• B.S. degree or equivalent 4 years of experience
