LOCATION: Dover, NH (Hybrid: 3 days onsite; 2 days remote)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Identify, define, and drive strategic and operational initiatives
- Oversee shared services and coordinate efforts across the teams
- Identify and design process and workflow improvements
- Develop and report operational metrics assisting in decision-making
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Demonstrated success in streamlining operations across multiple departments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work well-under pressure in fast paced environments
- 3+ years of experience in project and operational management in professional services
SALARY: $100,000 - $115,000 / DOE
