ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is a natural gas service company. ShalePro Energy Services offers a full suite of best-in-class oil and natural gas field services spanning the Appalachian Basin - Marcellus/Utica shale play, as well as basins across the US. We have more than 25 years of production and midstream industry experience and currently provide well hook-up services, operate and maintain more than 2,000 wells, hundreds of compressors and associated facilities, hundreds of miles of gathering system pipelines, and are available nationwide.

Position Summary: The Director of Safety for ShalePro Energy Services LLC. is responsible for the standardization, implementation and execution of companywide safety programs and initiatives. This position ensures processes and strategies deliver a positive safety culture and affords support for a safe, qualified workforce.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborates with management to develop, prepare, and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Recommend improvements to safety programs and program support processes
• Develop loss reduction strategies across the division
• Assist with ensuring all safety manuals, programs, policies, and practices are current
• Build consensus when appropriate, motivate and encourage others
• Communicates well both verbally and in writing (create accurate and punctual reports, delivers presentations)
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.
• Ensures completion of required OSHA recordkeeping and reporting.
• Stops operations and activities that could harm employees or equipment.
• Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.
• Conducts safety inspections and audits to assess employee compliance with safety regulations.
• Reviews accident and incident reports.

Qualifications - External

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 8 years of occupational health and safety experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
