To help us continue our mission to build safe and diverse workplaces while leading impactful and fulfilling lives while we do it, we are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to support our rapidly growing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and play a critical role in streamlining our processes and revenue initiatives. This role will report directly to EasyLlama's CEO and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Partnership, Product and Customer Success teams to drive efficiencies, accountability and provide day-to-day support.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish a scalable, global process to drive long-term growth, such as go-to-market strategies and sales operations improvements
  • Monitor, optimize, and ensure data integrity in our core platform, Hubspot, as well as other revenue business systems
  • Establish metrics and visibility to understand the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation through deal close and account development to monitor, analyze, forecast, and plan for the financial health of the business.
  • Build rapport and trust through listening, communication, and partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives
  • Facilitate an organization of continuous process improvement

Who You Are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, GTM and/ or sales operations function in a fast-growing software/SaaS company
  • You have excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • You dream about data. In the waking world, you create actionable strategies and dashboards that drive business decisions using reporting tools
  • You have an attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, and ability to follow-through
  • You have superior communication skills, both verbal and written. You can translate data in a way that lay folks can understand
  • You excel in building trust across an organization and nurturing relationships cross-functionally
  • You are a steward of company culture
