Le Meridien St Louis Clayton is currently looking for a dynamic Director of Revenue Management to join our team!


Job Overview:

As a Director of Revenue Management, you will fill a vital role to the success of the hotel by maximizing the hotel’s revenue and market share through management of guest room inventory and pricing strategy. Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and recommend sell strategies, room mix, and pricing.
  • Process & distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and control sell strategies.
  • Monitor, control, and communicate inventory levels, room, and rate restrictions to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Accurately prepare daily and weekly occupancy forecasts.
  • Manage hotel’s STAR reporting.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, monitoring and controlling annual budget and marketing plans to assist in meeting/exceeding the overall hotel goals.
  • Attend and/or prepare reports for weekly/monthly meeting to represent hotel numbers on behalf of the hotel which includes staff meetings, management meetings, and ownership presentations.
  • Manage OTA relationships.
  • Build special rate plans for groups. Create and manage group masters for newly created SRPs, set up billing methods & charge routing controls, & pre-authorize credit card guarantee prior to group arrivals.
  • Create rooming lists for groups and monitor cut-off dates and pick-up.

Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze data and determine impact on hotel operations
  • Knowledge of hotel operations
  • Working knowledge of PMS systems (Lightspeed)
  • Working knowledge of revenue systems (OneYield)
  • Working knowledge of sales systems (CITY)
